Naturally outbound

Longtime correspondent Kat has emerged from cover to encounter nature on its own original terms. I'm pleased to announce there's another one of us out there enjoying baring soul and sole to the rich, sensual tapestry of the woodland. Congratulations, Kat. :)

Wow, I feel like you've announced my birth to the world. : ) It's like I've won some sort of prize. Well, really I have ... in more than one way. It's your vision and example that showed the way. Thanks for the praise. : )

A rebirth? Maybe a reawakening, hmm? Things that have slept since childhood. Things that have been denied since we divorced ourselves from the animal kingdom. Nope... we're living, breathing, sensing beings, and now you're alive again. :)

I like this exchange.

I've been walking near the lake, observing water, sky, clouds, sun, birds, trees, flowers... Not too focused on identifying anything, just drinking it all in.

This has been rejuvenating me, and feels somehow connected to my move north.

Good stuff.
